Applications are now open for the 2026 AfriLabs Talent Accelerator Programme, a structured internship and returnship programme designed to connect emerging African talent with real-world opportunities across the continent’s innovation ecosystem. The AfriLabs Talent Accelerator Programme (TAP) is a talent development initiative designed to identify, develop, and transition high-potential individuals into full-time roles. The programme is open to early-career professionals (Pipeline Interns) and career-transition professionals (Returnship Fellows), serving as a strategic pathway for talent growth and employment.
TAP offers participants the chance to work on meaningful projects, gain practical experience, receive mentorship, and build the skills needed to transition into full-time employment within Africa’s growing startup and innovation landscape.
