Trust and safety.
Every employer here has been checked. No listing may charge a candidate to apply. When we find one that does, we remove it and take the employer with it.

How we verify employers
Before a company can post here, we check them against public records.
1 - Match to the register
We match the company name and RC number to the Corporate Affairs Commission record. Trading names get checked against the same record too.
2 - Confirm the account holder
The person opening the account must show they can post on behalf of the company - a work email at the domain, or documentation.
3 - Ongoing checks
Verification is not once and forgotten. Complaints, sudden pattern changes, or a lapsed registration all trigger a re-check.
4 - Revocation is public
When an employer loses verification, the badge disappears on every one of their listings and their profile shows why.
Pay-to-apply is prohibited
No employer, agency or partner on Openings may charge a candidate anything to apply, be screened, tested, interviewed, or hired.
Any listing that names a fee - form fee, screening fee, training fee, uniform fee, courier fee - is removed the same day. The employer's account is suspended pending review. If the pattern is confirmed, the account is closed and the company banned.
This applies whether the request comes on our site, over WhatsApp after the application, or on a Google Form the employer sent as a follow-up. Report it and we act.
Reporting a listing
Every listing has a report button. It takes thirty seconds.
1. Open the listing that worries you.
2. Click Report this listing at the bottom.
3. Pick a category and describe what happened. Attach a screenshot if you have one.
4. A moderator responds inside 48 hours. Serious reports get acted on the same day.
You do not need an account to report a listing. Reports never reveal your identity to the employer.
