How to apply for Nigeria Police recruitment

  1. Visit the official portal at recruitment.npf.gov.ng.
  2. Create an account with a valid email and phone number.
  3. Complete the application form with your personal details, educational qualifications and state of origin.
  4. Upload required documents (birth certificate, SSCE/NECO result, local government identification, passport photograph).
  5. Submit and print the acknowledgement slip.
  6. Watch for the shortlist publication on the same portal.

Never pay anyone money to apply. The Nigeria Police Force does not charge application fees.

Eligibility

  • Nigerian citizen by birth
  • Age 18-25 for Constable (28 for Cadet)
  • Minimum SSCE/NECO/GCE (5 credits including English and Mathematics)
  • Minimum height: 1.67m (men), 1.64m (women)
  • Medically and mentally fit
  • No criminal record
