Contemporary Group Limited is a consortium made up of Contemporary Design Associates, Contemporary Properties Limited, Conwave Ventures Limited and Contemporary Ventures and Resources Limited. It is a group of Architects, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Estate Surveyors, Valuers and Property Developers offering a full range of services in the construction industry. The activities of the group vary in scope from specialized studies of the one-off building to the coordination of large scale integrated projects.
With its team of dynamic seasoned professionals the group has been able to establish itself as one of the foremost property development companies in Nigeria. Contemporary Group was awarded the West African Excellence in property development and Engineering Company of the year 2007 and 2008 as well as the Nigeria World Class Architectural Design Consultancy of the years by the Institute of Direct Marketing of Nigeria during their African Direct Marketing Merit Award.
