Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme 2027 for young African graduates.

Applications are now open for the 2027 Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme. The programme is a 2-year immersive Leadership development programme is built to help you grow, thrive, and unlock your full potential in a dynamic, real-world environment.

Programme Requirements

• Must have less than two years of work experience in a corporate or formal work environment after completing studies.
• South African Citizen by Birth/Naturalisation, or permanent resident. However, citizens of DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt and Tanzania are encouraged to apply for consideration in those markets.
• Must have obtained a minimum of 65% aggregate for completed or most recent academic results.
• Must have a minimum of a B-degree (B-Com, BSc & B-Tech) qualification (NQF 7).
• A 3 year National Diploma (NQF 6) will be considered in the following areas only:
  • Electrical / Electronic Engineering
  • Computer Software Engineering and
  • Information Systems/Information Technology

• If you’re completing your undergraduate degree (or equivalent) by the end of 2026, this could be your moment.
• The journey officially begins on 1 February 2027,
