Job Title: Account Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced, professional, and reliable Accounts Officer to manage the financial operations of the organization.
• The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance, with a high sense of integrity, accuracy, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily financial transactions including payables and receivables.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and budget tracking.
• Process staff payroll and ensure timely remittance of statutory deductions such as PAYE, Pension, and WHT.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and support internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records using accounting software.

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years proven experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and advanced Excel.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax compliance.
• Must be honest, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
