Job Title: Account Opening Executive

Locations: Ikeja, Victoria Island, Apapa - Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking qualified and customer-focused Account Opening Officers to support customer acquisition and account opening activities for a bank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with account opening and onboarding.
  • Promote the bank’s products and services.
  • Ensure customer information and documentation are accurate and complete.
  • Identify potential customers and support customer acquisition targets.
  • Maintain proper records and provide professional customer service.

Requirements

  • B.Sc/HND qualification.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
  • Ability to meet targets and work effectively.
