Job Title: Accountant / HR Officer

Description

• We are looking for a qualified, detail-oriented, and highly organised Accountant/HR Officer to manage essential accounting and human resource functions.
• The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong numerical accuracy, sound HR administrative skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, and prepare periodic financial reports.
• Handle invoices, payment vouchers, expense tracking, reconciliations, and payroll support.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave schedules, and other HR documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, staff engagement, and employee relations.
• Assist with payroll preparation, salary administration, and statutory documentation.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare management reports and ensure proper filing of financial and personnel documents.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional certification in Accounting or HR will be an added advantage.
• 2–3 years’ relevant experience in accounting and HR administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and HR documentation.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Gender: Female
• Must be resident in or willing to work on-site in Port Harcourt.

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
