Role Summary:

  • CTK is looking for a confident trainer who can make artificial intelligence simple, practical and non-intimidating for beginners.
  • This is not primarily a programming position. The ideal person should be comfortable using modern AI tools, presenting to adults and patiently helping beginners complete practical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and deliver CTK's standardized training programs.
  • Facilitate AI Made Simple for Work for companies and organizations.
  • Facilitate/support the CTK AI Video Creator Lab.
  • Demonstrate AI tools in clear, everyday language.
  • Help participants use AI for emails, reports, research, communication and productivity.
  • Demonstrate AI-assisted video creation and basic CapCut editing.
  • Prepare and test demonstrations before workshops.
  • Assist participants who have difficulty using the tools.
  • Follow CTK's AI safety, privacy and human-review standards.
  • Support testing and implementation of approved managed-AI workflows for SME clients.
  • Participate in CTK's Train-the-Trainer and certification process.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Comfortable with ChatGPT or similar AI assistants; confident using or learning Canva and CapCut; good presentation and teaching skills; patient with beginners; able to troubleshoot basic technology problems; strong spoken and written English.

Important:

  • We are looking for a teacher and practical problem-solver, not necessarily an AI engineer.
