We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Artisan Onboarding Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 3 Months

Role Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Artisan Onboarding Officer to identify, register, verify and activate skilled artisans onto our platform/network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and engage artisans across assigned locations.
  • Register and verify artisans and their credentials.
  • Explain onboarding requirements and support platform activation.
  • Build relationships with artisan groups, workshops and trade associations.
  • Follow up on incomplete registrations.
  • Maintain accurate onboarding records and submit weekly reports.
  • Achieve agreed onboarding and activation targets.

Requirements

  • OND / NCE or equivalent.
  • Experience in field sales, recruitment, customer acquisition, onboarding or community engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with field-based work and meeting targets.
  • Smartphone and basic digital skills.
  • Knowledge of artisan/trade communities is an advantage.

Compensation

  • Monthly Field Support: ₦50,000
  • Commission: ₦1,000 per fully verified and activated artisan.
  • Monthly Performance Bonus:
    • 75 artisans: ₦10,000
    • 100: ₦25,000
    • 150: ₦40,000
    • 200+: ₦50,000
  • Potential Monthly Earnings: ₦135,000–₦325,000+, depending on performance.
  • Commission is payable only for artisans who complete registration, verification and activation.
