Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Lagos (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Conduct outreach and follow up with prospects.
- Schedule discovery calls and convert leads into clients.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in B2B sales business development.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Proven ability to close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and proactive.
- Agency/marketing industry experience is an advantage.
Non negotiables:
- Must be in Lagos and be willing to attend in person monthly meetings, team bondings and agency shoots.
- Must have agency experience and the right certifications.
- Must understand speed, good work ethic and great communication.
