The company specializes in the sales and distribution of mobile phones and related accessories across major cities in the country.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative / Cashier

Location: Yenagoa, Bayelsa
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• This role is responsible for processing daily sales transactions, issuing invoices, maintaining accurate shelf stock records, and providing excellent customer service.
• The role also involves administrative support duties, daily reporting, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment while supporting the branch manager with assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive sales orders from customers, accurately entering them into the system daily.
• Prepare and issue sales invoices promptly and accurately.
• Ensure proper documentation of all sales transactions.
• Conduct stock counts and submit accurate stock reports twice a week.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer transactions.
• Receive and attend to customer phone calls and complaints professionally.
• Provide customer support and forward complaints or issues to the manager when necessary.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers through courteous and efficient service.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
• Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the branch manager.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
