Job Position: CCTV Operative

Job Description

• Operate and monitor CCTV systems across all assigned branches.
• Detect, record, and report unusual, suspicious, or unlawful activities.
• Provide real-time alerts to security teams and management for quick response.
• Retrieve and archive video footage when required for investigations.
• Ensure CCTV systems are functioning at all times by conducting regular checks.
• Maintain confidentiality of recorded footage and security information.
• Work closely with branch security staff and law enforcement when necessary.
• Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly surveillance reports.
• Support loss prevention and internal investigations.
• Adhere strictly to company security policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND.
• At least 2-4 years of proven experience as a CCTV Operative.
• Good knowledge of CCTV systems, security procedures, and surveillance software.
• Strong observation, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to remain alert and calm under pressure. Integrity, confidentiality, and discipline are mandatory.
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
