Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced crawler crane operator capable of safely and efficiently operating crawler cranes on large-scale construction and heavy lifting projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in heavy lift operations, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary site team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate 1250T and 800T crawler cranes for heavy lifting and installation work
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
  • Follow lift plans, method statements, and site safety procedures
  • Communicate effectively with riggers, signalers, and site supervisors
  • Ensure all lifting operations are carried out safely and efficiently
  • Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE/GCE/NECO qualification
  • 2-5years of proven experience operating crawler cranes
  • Valid crane operator certification/license (as per local regulations)
  • Strong understanding of heavy lift operations and load charts
  • Excellent safety record and knowledge of site safety standards
  • Ability to work in challenging site conditions and meet project deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience on major infrastructure, heavyindustrial projects.
  • Additional lifting or rigging certifications
  • Willingness to work extended hours or shifts if required.
