Job Summary

  • A reputable pharmaceutical company is seeking a smart, proactive, and customer-oriented Female Customer Service Officer to join its team in Abuja.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Process customer orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Support sales activities and convert customer inquiries into business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and prepare periodic reports.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or the pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive confidently.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet set targets.
