About the Role
We are hiring a proactive, sales-driven Customer Service Representative for our client. In this dual-threat role, you will be the voice of our brand—turning digital enquiries (WhatsApp, Instagram, calls) into confirmed orders, driving repeat business, and delivering an unmatched customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Conversions: Manage multi-channel enquiries (WhatsApp, IG, Phone) and actively upsell to convert prospects into buyers.
Manage Orders: Process customer orders accurately, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery updates.
Nurture Relationships: Conduct post-sales follow-ups, handle feedback professionally, and re-engage existing customers to secure repeat sales.
Track & Report: Maintain clear customer records and generate daily/weekly performance reports.
Key Requirements
Education: Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience: Proven track record in customer service, retail sales, or e-commerce (digital/social media selling is a major plus).
Location: Must live in or have very close proximity to Surulere, Lagos.
Skills:Exceptional closing and communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
(Proximity to Surulere is strictly preferred; only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
