Premium Human Resources Solution - Our client, a top banking institution, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Agent (DSA)

Location: Kano
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Marketing of retail banking products and services
  • Check pickups (revenue collection)
  • Prepare call memos
  • Prepare target market list
  • Respond to customers' inquiries on the activities of the Business Group
  • Assist with loan request documentation

Key Responsibilities include

  • Customer Onboarding: Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform.
  • Account Opening: Facilitate the opening of new accounts and ensure proper KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation is collected.
  • Product Promotion: Actively market and sell the company's financial products, including POS devices, digital banking apps, and savings plans.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers to ensure consistent usage of the platform.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly acquisition and transaction targets.

Qualifications

  • NCE, OND, HND, or BSc
  • Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience is required.
  • Age: Not more than 35 years.

Expected Salary
N115,000 - N130,000 monthly + HMO, pension, and other benefits.
