JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking to hire a responsible, reliable, and experienced Company Driver to transport staff, goods, and documents safely and timely. The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge of Lagos routes and a strong commitment to safety.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Transport staff, clients, and company goods to designated locations as directed.
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled at all times.
  • Adhere strictly to all road safety regulations and traffic laws.
  • Keep proper records of all trips, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance.
  • Ensure all vehicle documents (Insurance, Road Worthiness, Hackney Permit etc.) are valid and up to date.
  • Report any accident, mechanical fault, or damage to management immediately.
  • Run official errands and handle deliveries when required.
  • Assist with loading and offloading of goods when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid Nigerian Driver's License (with LASDRI card is an advantage)Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience as a Company Driver
  • Excellent knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic regulations
  • Good communication skills and ability to read/write
  • Must be honest, hardworking, disciplined, and of good character.
  • Must be familiar with basic vehicle maintenance
  • Minimum qualification: SSCE / OND.
  • Must reside within reasonable distance to the company.
