Job Title: Female Sales Representative

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, promoting clothing products, driving sales and ensuring customers have a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to walk-in customers professionally.
• Market and promote clothing items to potential customers.
• Persuade customers and convert enquiries into actual sales.
• Help customers select outfits based on their preferences.
• Respond to customer enquiries in person and online.
• Maintain a neat, organised and attractive store environment.
• Keep basic sales records and assist with stock management.
• Use basic computer applications for daily store activities.

Requirements

• Must reside in Surulere or its immediate environs.
• Minimum qualification: OND or HND.
• Must always look neat, fashionable and presentable.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be computer literate, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other computing tools.
• Must have good marketing, selling and customer persuasion skills.
• Must be friendly, confident, respectful and customer-oriented.
• Must be punctual, honest and hardworking.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Applicants must reside in Surulere or nearby areas and be available to work the stated hours.
