Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is a financial firm specialized in micro and corporate loans and investments. It was incorporated on 16th July 2014, with branches in 33 states, including the FCT.

Job Title: Field Auditor

Location: Awka/Nnewi - Anambra

Job Summary

• We are looking for an objective Field Auditor in Awka/Nnew, Anambra ,who is open to working anywhere in Nigeria to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
• The successful candidate will have thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present reports that reflect the audit's results and document the process
• Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures
• Maintain open communication with management and the audit committee
• Document the process and prepare an audit findings memorandum
• Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management’s interventions
• Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding the sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards
• Keep a check on processes and regulations
• Ensuring staff compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Travel to different states for audit reviews and assessments.
• Provide a qualitative and quantitative evaluation based on empirical data findings.
• Providing solutions to the company's internal problems

Requirements and skills

• HND/BSc degree in accounting, banking & finance, or a related field
• Proven work experience as an auditor in a microfinance or lending company
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases
• Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations
• Close attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Sound independent judgement
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• A strong aptitude for math.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• A keen interest in the financial system.
• Ability to work to deadlines under pressure.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong presentation and report-writing skills.
