  • Follow up consistently with prospects and move qualified opportunities through the sales process.
  • Support the onboarding and activation of new healthcare partners.
  • Maintain relationships with newly activated partners and support early utilisation.
  • Escalate complex, high-value or integration-related opportunities to the Head, Partnerships & Integrations.
  • Provide market feedback, including competitor activity, customer objections, pricing concerns and emerging healthcare needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, follow-ups, opportunities and outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Health/Biological Sciences or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, customer acquisition or a related role.
  • Healthcare-sector experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable engaging directly with hospital and clinic decision-makers.
  • Willingness to conduct regular field visits and work towards sales targets.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain digital-health products in simple, practical terms.
  • Basic proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM/pipeline tracking and business reporting.
  • Self-motivated, organised, persistent and able to work independently.

Performance Expectations

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Complete a minimum baseline of 20 targeted institutional visits per month, subject to the approved territory and field plan.
  • Consistently generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline with a clear next action and follow-up date for every active opportunity.
  • Progress qualified prospects towards meetings, presentations, proposals and commercial discussions.
  • Demonstrate meaningful sales pipeline progression by Day 60.
  • Maintain a credible active pipeline with advanced opportunities and evidence of movement towards activation and revenue by Day 90.
  • Contribute to partner activation and revenue generation from Officer-originated accounts.

Other Information

  • This is a field-based role requiring regular travel within assigned territories.
  • The Officer will work closely with the Head, Partnerships & Integrations and relevant LexMedical teams.
  • The position is subject to an initial 90-day performance review and ongoing monthly and quarterly performance assessment.
  • Strong sales performance, initiative and demonstrated ability to convert prospects into active healthcare partners will be highly valued.

Yes. The match figure is for you, not for them - Lexmedical Services Limited does not see it. The apply button works the same regardless of your match percentage.
Because boards rewrite titles when they republish. All copies of this vacancy are the same job at the same employer with the same closing date. We show the employer's own wording and list the rest above so you know you have already seen it.
It appears in your application tracker straight away. Because this application is handled here rather than on an external site, you will see the status change as Lexmedical Services Limited moves it - viewed, shortlisted, interviewing or declined. Roles that redirect to an employer's own site cannot be tracked that way, and we say so on those listings.
