We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance and Operations Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily transaction records, ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
• Help plan, monitor, and oversee departmental and company-wide budgets to prevent overspending.
• Perform bank reconciliations, track cash flow, and prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements.
• Support internal and external audits, manage tax documentation, and enforce financial regulations.
• Oversee payroll processing, employee expense claims, and vendor payments.
• Evaluate operational workflows and develop policies to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor operational costs, profit margins, and inventory or resource allocation.
• Maintain positive relationships with external suppliers, banks, auditors, and service providers.
• Assist with human resources administration, onboarding, policy enforcement, and record-keeping.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or operations management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience finance/operations or accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
• Good communication skills.
