Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare and review periodic financial statements, management accounts, and financial performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations, statutory obligations, and financial reporting standards.
• Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Manage working capital, treasury operations, and banking relationships.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls, financial policies, and risk management procedures.
• Supervise the finance team and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial records.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, tax consultants, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 7–8 years’ relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably with experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in financial management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• High levels of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
