We are looking for an insurance sales Managers to be responsible for managing policy sales, sales processes , coordination of team on marketing scope and strategy, monitoring sales goals and objectives supervising advertising and presentation of products and services, Training team on product and services and development of formidable team
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Setting sales objectives servicing.
- Providing sales strategies, feedback and marketing plans
- Keeping up to date with industry developments
- Contributing to meeting sales targets
- Market sourcing and management
- Responding to customers queries
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- Must be passionate of providing support and motivate
- Must be goal-driven and result oriented
EDUCATION: HND, BSC and it equivalence
RENUMERATION :Salary is between #150, 000-200,000, allowance and override.
