Job Description

• We are seeking a creative, talented, and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our growing Marketing team! We are seeking an individual with a strong understanding of the West Africa and North Africa, consumer behaviour, and local trends, who can translate creative ideas into engaging visual content while maintaining our brand identity across different markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media content, advertising creatives, and promotional materials.
• Develop branding materials, including menus, signage, banners, and in-store promotional visuals.
• Create visual content for product launches, marketing campaigns, and events.
• Adapt designs to suit local market trends, cultural preferences, and consumer expectations.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to deliver creative projects.
• Ensure consistency with Ai-CHA's brand guidelines across all designs.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of the West Africa and North Africa market and consumer preferences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
