The 32-room Hotel offers tastefully furnished deluxe executive and super executive rooms as well as one- and two-bedroom luxury suite.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Guest Relations Personnel (GRP)

Summary

  • Hotel Capitol is seeking an experienced and professional Guest Relations Personnel (GRP) for a senior-level role within our Front Office department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure excellent guest experiences and satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints, enquiries, and special requests.
  • Support and coordinate front office operations.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Must be a graduate with a completed NYSC programme.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in hotel front office operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong guest relations and complaint-handling abilities.
  • Good knowledge of hotel front office procedures.
  • Professional appearance, leadership skills, and a guest-focused attitude.
  • Applicants residing around Ojodu Berger and its environs are strongly preferred.
