Job Summary

• We're seeking an experienced Head of Finance to manage all financial operations and activities of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with company goals
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Provide strategic guidance on financial planning, risk management, and investment opportunities.
• Oversee cash flow, capital structure, and funding strategies.
• Collaborate with executive management to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Drive financial performance, profitability, and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage financial reporting and risk management
• Lead finance team and drive financial performance

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in senior financial management roles within the banking or financial services sector.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly required.
• Strong understanding of financial services regulations, with excellent knowledge of IFRS, FRCN, and CBN Compliance requirements

Compliance requirements:

• Skilled in strategic portfolio management, cost efficiency modeling, and scenario planning to support executive decision-making.
• Proficient in leveraging digital finance tools, and data analytics, to strengthen decision-making and reporting.
• Candidates residing around Ikorodu, Ketu and Mile 12 will be preferred.
