Job Title: Head Teacher

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and instructional leadership for the school.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff.
• Ensure effective implementation of the British Curriculum.
• Promote academic excellence and pupil achievement.
• Drive innovation through the integration of educational technology.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Maintain strong relationships with parents and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Female candidate preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field (Master's Degree is an advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a school leadership role.
• Not more than 48 years of age.
• Sound knowledge and practical experience with the British Curriculum.
• Highly proficient in the use of digital technology for teaching, learning, and school administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and people management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to improve teaching quality, pupil outcomes, and staff performance.
• TRCN registration and relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
