Benjean Enterprise was officially established as a standard company in January 2019. We have our head office in Umuahia, Abia State, with a branch office in Ikot Ngwo, Essien Udim, Akwa Ibom State. With over six years of experience in janitorial, commercial cleaning and laundry services, we have provided professional cleaning solutions to homes, offices, schools, hospitals, companies and other establishments across the South-East and South-South regions of Nigeria. Our services include professional cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, fumigation and general environmental maintenance.

Benjean Enterprise is a growing organization with a structured management and workforce system. Our workers are carefully selected based on their integrity, efficiency, professionalism and work experience, and they are adequately trained to deliver quality services. Over the years, we have worked with several homes, companies and schools, maintaining healthy and professional relationships with our clients. We also offer flexible contract arrangements. We do not unnecessarily bind our clients to long-term contracts, as we provide different service packages based on each client's needs.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock room amenities as needed.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored properly after use.
• Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the management promptly.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Assist with the cleaning of event spaces, corridors, lobbies, and other public areas as required.
• Collaborate effectively with housekeeping and management teams to optimize workflow and service quality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel cleaning or a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Reliability and punctuality with a professional attitude toward work and colleagues.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 monthly.
