 Job Position: HR / Payroll Supervisor

Job Location: Ikota Complex, VGC - Lagos
Reporting to: MD/CEO
Resumption date:November, 2026.

Job Description


  • We are seeking an experienced HR / Payroll Supervisor to support our Organization and provide invaluable support to our HR department.
  • Your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, including updating employee records, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews, Writing of proposals, payroll management

Roles / Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise all HR activities and mangement of payroll
  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  • Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
  • Screen resumes and application forms
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
  • Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
  • Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
  • Participate in organizing company events and careers days             .

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities / Development Studies, Business, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years and above experience in HR
  • HR certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Should reside along Lekki - Ajah axis.
