We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HSE Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures in line with applicable regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Monitor HSE performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in risk assessments and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Provide safety training and guidance to employees.
• Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with departments to promote workplace safety and environmental responsibility.
• Prepare HSE reports for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in HSE or a related field.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary
N350,000 - N450,000 monthly.
