Job Summary

  • The Hydra Operator is responsible for operating the hydraulic mobile crane and any other lifting equipment to lift, move, load, and position materials safely within the worksite.
  • The Hydra Operator ensures efficient material handling while strictly following safety guidelines, equipment standards, and site procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform daily safety inspections, check the hydra and other lifting equipment working conditions, and report any maintenance issues.
  • Safely and efficiently ensure the hydra and other electrical lifting equipment operates in coordination with ground personnel.
  • Maintain logs of lifting operations, incidents, and daily equipment checklists.
  • Support material movement for production, maintenance, and other teams.
  • Carry out all work in compliance to all Management Systems.
  • Carry out all work in compliance to Plant safety regulations.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager, Workshop & utility.

Requirements

  • Trade Test in equipment operation.
  • Good practical and technical skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Awareness of health, safety, and environmental practices.
