Job Title: Installation Operations Intern (NYSC)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Monitor and follow up on scheduled, ongoing, pending, and completed installations to ensure timely execution.
Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team Lead, engineers, and other relevant teams to coordinate installation activities and ensure smooth workflows.
Obtain regular updates from engineers and field personnel on installation progress, outstanding tasks, and expected completion timelines.
Identify and promptly escalate installation delays, operational challenges, and unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor for timely resolution.
Work with the Customer Experience team to provide timely installation updates, communicate schedule changes where required, and follow up on installation-related customer concerns.
Follow up with relevant teams to confirm that the necessary materials, information, and other requirements are in place before scheduled installations.
Maintain accurate installation trackers and records, documenting progress, delays, rescheduled installations, and completion status.
Prepare regular installation status reports and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure timely resolution and completion.
Salary
N70,000 / month.
