Job Position: IT Support (NYSC Associate)

Job Location: Lagos
Job Schedule: Full time

Job Description

• Generate sales lead weekly as per the sales lead generation target. 
• Schedule sales call and presentation based on the leads generated and lead  generation/call ratio
• Coordinate site inspection as the call/inspection ratio. 
• Provide subscription form to new or potential client and ensure receipt of the completed  application. 
• Process received subscription forms and ensure offer letter is sent to new client within  twenty four hours. 
• Forward all required contract and other documents including but not limited to contract of  sales, receipt et.c to the client with 24 hours of payment. 
• Upload all relevant document to the client account on the CRM. ?
• Follow up with client and provide personalized update during the entire sales process  and beyond 
• Other task as may be assigned by the sales manager from time to time  

Requirements

• HND or BSC holder
• NYSC Certificate
• Must have good communication skills (verbal and oral)
• Must have customer centric approach
• Use of CRM software
• Must be adaptable
• Great at networking
• Must have a solution-driven mindset
• Ability to self start
• Good at closing sales transactions with proven results
• Must have worked in a property firm
