- Work with Business Leaders to forecast capability demand.
Cross-Group Alignment:
- Maintain technical accuracy with CTIO/CTO.
- Work with CMO on Academy positioning and demand.
- Support Regional Operations with local capability-building models.
Decision Rights:
- Set Academy delivery/certification standards.

- Experience managing commercial training portfolios and quality standards.
- Ability to build partner/instructor ecosystems and measure learning impact.
- Strong programme management and stakeholder capability.
Leadership Competencies:
- Enterprise leadership and strategic judgement: sees across functions and businesses, makes trade-offs and converts strategy into priorities.
- Execution discipline: establishes clear ownership, measurable outcomes, operating cadence and timely intervention when performance deviates.
- Commercial and customer orientation: understands how value is created, contracted, delivered, accepted, billed, collected and expanded.
