Job Title: Logistics Manager

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics, transportation, delivery, and distribution operations.
• Plan and coordinate the movement of goods to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Manage drivers and monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and operational costs.
• Track shipments and ensure proper documentation of all deliveries.
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
• Prepare regular operational reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management, route planning, and inventory control.
