We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Trade Fair / Ojo, Lagos

Job Description

  • Marketing Executive plans, leads, and executes marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, generate customer demand, and drive business growth

Core Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning: Develop and execute marketing plans across digital, social media, print, and traditional channels.
  • Market Research: Analyze consumer preferences, demographic data, and competitor activities.
  • Content Creation: Write copywriting for websites, ads, social posts, brochures, and press releases.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign metrics, evaluate ROI, and prepare progress reports for management.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside design, sales, and product teams to keep messaging
  • Brainstorming viral concepts, writing scripts, and planning content calendars.
  • Production & Editing: Filming high-energy videos, capturing photos, and editing using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or Canva.
  • Community Engagement: Responding to comments, direct messages, and building active viewer interaction.
  • Performance Analysis: Tracking metrics (views, watch time, and click-through rates) via native insights or analytics dashboards to refine strategy.

Essential Skills & Tools

  • Skills: Visual storytelling, copywriting, trend research, and platform-specific algorithm literacy.
  • Software: Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Canva, and social scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social
  • Project Management: Organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Communication: Strong writing and verbal skills for messaging and copywriting.

Salary
N120,000 monthly.
