Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Marketing Officer with a strong background in insurance marketing and broker relationship management.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving insurance product sales, strengthening broker partnerships, and identifying cross-selling opportunities across financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for general insurance products.
• Build and manage strong relationships with brokers and distribution partners.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across health, insurance, and financing products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions for retail and corporate clients.
• Implement digital and traditional marketing strategies.
• Represent the organisation at industry events and outreach programmes.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Insurance, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in insurance marketing or broker/channel management.
• Strong knowledge of general insurance products and distribution.
• Experience in cross-selling and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Good knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.

Salary
N7,000,000 - N9,000,0000 annually + Commission.
