We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the coordination of manufacturing operations, plant readiness, and project execution for a leading Manufacturing/FMCG company.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the transition from project execution to plant operations.
Support plant readiness across production, maintenance, HSE, quality, and staffing.
Coordinate OEMs, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Track engineering, procurement, equipment installation, and project milestones.
Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and critical spares.
Develop and maintain operational/project trackers, reports, KPIs, and action plans.
Support the development and implementation of SOPs, processes, and operational systems.
Work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Legal, Engineering, HSE, Procurement, and other teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
7–12 years of relevant experience** in manufacturing operations, plant operations, engineering/project execution, industrial operations, or related environments.
Strong experience in **Manufacturing/FMCG or Agro-processing** is highly preferred.
Strong project execution, stakeholder management, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Experience managing contractors, OEMs, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Strong KPI/performance monitoring and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver against aggressive timelines.
Preferred Industry Background
Candidates from established Manufacturing, FMCG, Agro-processing, or Industrial companies are particularly encouraged to apply.
