Job Description

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to manage the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll and related statutory deductions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll and salary records.
  • Calculate salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, and other benefits.
  • Process PAYE, pension, NSITF, NHF, ITF, and other statutory deductions as applicable.
  • Reconcile payroll records and resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Prepare payroll reports and schedules for management review.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee compensation information.
  • Liaise with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Keep payroll records and documentation properly organized.

Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field with 2+ years’ payroll experience.
  • Manufacturing experience is required.
  • Good knowledge of payroll processes and statutory deductions in Nigeria.
  • Strong Excel and numerical skills.
  • Experience with payroll/accounting software is an advantage.
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Salary
N200,000 - N350,000 / Month.
