Job Summary

• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing creative strategies, strengthening the brand's public presence, driving social media engagement, and supporting business growth through effective marketing, content, and public relations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with the company's brand and business objectives.
• Develop creative concepts and content ideas for social media, marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Manage and strengthen the company's social media presence and overall brand visibility.
• Develop and implement PR and brand communication strategies.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Apply an understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, and industry developments.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, influencer marketing, and other brand-building initiatives.
• Work closely with relevant teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and creative direction.
• Monitor campaign performance and use insights to improve future marketing activities.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities for brand growth.
• Provide creative direction and constructive feedback on content and campaigns.
• Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with the company's brand identity and commercial objectives.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in creative direction, social media, marketing, PR, communications, or a related field.
• Good understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial awareness.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to receive and implement feedback.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
