 Job Position: Production Manager

Job Location: Plot L4, Ellicott Street, Kubwa Extension 3, Abuja(FCT)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing of Fabsi Table Water.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Plan and implement production schedules to meet demand targets.
• Supervise, train, and motivate production staff.
• Monitor and maintain production equipment and ensure timely maintenance.
• Implement and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards.
• Control production costs and minimize waste while maintaining quality.
• Prepare production reports and provide updates to management.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices

Requirements

• HND or BSc in Microbiology, Biochemistry or Food Science and Technology.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage or bottled water industry.
• Prior experience in running a water factory is an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of production processes, quality control, and regulatory standards (e.g. NAFDAC).
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and team management skills.
• Ability to plan, organize and meet production targets.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
