- Led large tower, RAN, transmission, or power rollouts
- Proven with MNOs, OEMs, and system integrators
- Commercial, contract, and risk control; PMP or PRINCE2 a plus

- Bachelor\'s degree or HND in Telecoms, Electrical/Electronic, Civil, or Computer Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Willing to travel extensively and work in rural locations
