Job Title: Provider Management Officer
Locations: Victoria Island & Ikeja, Lagos

About the Role
- We are looking for a professional to join our Providers Management team. You will manage our network of hospitals and clinics, ensuring our enrollees receive quality, timely, and cost-effective care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with healthcare providers in our network, including regular visits and performance reviews
- Conduct provider credentialing, onboarding, and re-accreditation
- Monitor quality of care, turnaround times, and service standards at provider facilities
- Review and resolve provider queries, disputes, and tariff-related issues
- Support claims and medical teams with clinical review of cases, as needed
- Negotiate and administer provider agreements and tariffs
- Monitor utilization trends and flag over-servicing or abuse
- Prepare regular reports on provider performance for management.
Requirements
- Registered nurse (RN) with a valid NMCN licence, or medical doctor (MBBS) with a valid MDCN licence
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HMO provider management, provider relations or a similar role
- Good knowledge of the Nigerian health insurance environment, including NHIA regulations
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good analytical and reporting skills
- Willingness to travel within Lagos and to other locations for provider visits.
