Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Executive with proven experience in PVC pipe manufacturing to ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and test PVC pipes and raw materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitor production processes and identify defects or quality deviations.
  • Conduct dimensional, physical, and performance tests on finished products.
  • Maintain quality control records and prepare inspection reports.
  • Investigate product defects, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety procedures, and internal quality policies.
  • Collaborate with production teams to improve product quality and minimise waste.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, HND, or equivalent in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality control within a PVC pipe manufacturing environment is mandatory.
  • A must experience working with PVC pipe
  • Knowledge of PVC pipe testing procedures, product specifications, and quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate quality records and work effectively with production teams.
