Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Job Summary
We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented QC Inspector to join our Quality Control team.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
Conduct quality checks and measurements according to specifications.
Monitor product dimensions, thickness/micron, appearance, and other quality parameters.
Identify, document, and report defective or non-conforming products.
Ensure production output meets approved customer and company specifications.
Carry out routine quality tests and maintain accurate QC records.
Work closely with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with established QC procedures and standards.
Perform any other quality-related duties assigned by the QC Supervisor/HOD.
Requirements
OND/HND/B.Sc. in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Industrial Chemistry, Science Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
2–4 years relevant experience, preferably in plastic/polythene manufacturing.
Good knowledge of quality inspection procedures and documentation.
Ability to work shifts in a manufacturing environment.
Good attention to detail and strong reporting skills.
Must be willing to work in Kano and Challawa Industrial area.
Gender: Male preferred.
