Job Summary

• We are seeking a qualified, proactive, and detail-oriented Regulatory and Compliance Manager to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations, products, and processes comply with all applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on their implications.
• Coordinate product registration, certification, licensing, and regulatory documentation.
• Liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and external agencies.
• Develop, implement, and review compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct internal compliance audits, risk assessments, and inspections.
• Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and maintenance of compliance records.
• Support quality assurance, food safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Organise compliance training and promote a strong culture of regulatory awareness.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Law, or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in regulatory affairs, compliance management, or quality assurance, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
• Good knowledge of applicable food safety regulations, product standards, and regulatory approval processes.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
