ByKeerah is a leading African luxury fashion brand specializing in high-end bespoke bridal, eveningwear, prom dresses, and custom recreation collections. Originally started in 2015 as "Keerah's Fashion Cave" with a single sewing machine, the brand has scaled into a global fashion house.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Customer Experience Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo 

About The Role

  • Be the link between our clients and the brand
  • Handle enquires
  • Convert sales and coordinate orders with the team for a smooth customer experience.

What we're looking for

  • Customer service knowledge and strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of fshion design, fabrics and garment production
  • Sales skills, client follow-up and relationship management
  • Strong organisation and operational skills to coordinate orders, timelines and client updates
