Job Summary
The Sales Executive Officer will drive sales of our pharmaceutical products by building strong relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, clinics and distributors, while meeting agreed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and visit prospective customers, including pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, patent medicine dealers and distributors
  • Present and promote our products clearly and professionally
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Negotiate prices and terms, and close sales deals
  • Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers
  • Follow up on leads, orders, deliveries and payments
  • Gather feedback on market trends, competitor activity and customer needs
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports

Requirements

  • OND, HND or B.Sc in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (pharmaceutical, healthcare or FMCG sales is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven, confident and self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time well
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Must reside in or be able to work from Lagos
