Job Title: Security Patrol Supervisor
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate security patrol operations.
- Monitor patrol officers and ensure they perform their duties effectively.
- Recruit, train, and manage security guards.
- Ensure compliance with security procedures and protocols.
- Handle emergencies, resolve conflicts, and report incidents.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and team members.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of an OND certificate.
- 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the security industry.
- Must be able to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid motorcycle licence.
- Ability to recruit, train, and supervise security guards.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response.
- Must be physically fit, reliable, and able to work flexible hours.
- Age: 25–50 years.
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
